The Innovation Group has conducted extensive research regarding the importance of food and beverage products in today's gaming, resort and entertainment destinations.  In order to leverage this research and expand the suite of services offered to potential and existing clients, The Innovation Group of Companies has formalized a new specialty advisory discipline to focus on key aspects of the F&B realm, and provide a wide rage of services to casino resorts and entertainment destinations with unique hospitality needs - Innovation Food & Beverage.

With over 55 years of combined experience among the three senior leaders of the F&B group, our staff brings a wide variety of backgrounds to the table.  Championing the group is Michael Soll, Executive Vice President of The Innovation Group.  Mr. Soll has over 20 years of development, asset management and branding experience, and is recognized industry-wide for helping to bring Chef Bobby Flay to Caesars Las Vegas as well as for integrating the Hard Rock Cafe brand in various new and existing destination resort locations. 

Additional leadership at Innovation Food & Beverage includes Directors David Rittvo and Quint Hanson.  Mr. Rittvo has over 10 years of restaurant operational experience and has spent time in varying levels of F&B facilities from back-of-house operations to front-of-house management.  He has conducted extensive research regarding F&B facilities as a driver of patronage at today's destination resorts, and is currently focused on helping owners, operators and management entities adjust their F&B product offerings in response to recent economic changes.  In addition, Mr. Hanson brings over 25 years of experience in the industry, and specializes in back-of-house operations, construction management and support/design analysis.

One of the most exciting aspects of this newly formalized entity is our ability to represent chefs, restauranteurs, developers and operators to identify opportunities to build restaurants, extend brand awareness and explore joint venture relationshiops.  The celebrity chef and third party restaurant model has found great success in such locals at Las Vegas, Atlantic City and Connecticut, and Innovation Food & Beverage is doing its part to help extend this strategy to other regional entertainment markets.
