Womacks Casino & Hotel, Cripple Creek, Colorado
Womacks' parent company, Century Casinos, hired The Innovation Group to provide management advisory services in the areas of operations and marketing for this Colorado property.

SunCruz Casinos, Various Florida Ports
During their pivotal bankruptcy period, The Innovation Group served as management
advisors to the bankruptcy trustee. We provided operating management and turnaround
expertise in an effort to maintain and improve performance from both a revenue enhancement perspective and in terms of implementing cost efficiencies.

Pueblo of Sandia, Albuquerque, New Mexico
The Innovation Group provided hotel advisory services for the tribe's planned hotel,
conference center, spa and golf course development near Albuquerque. The hotel
advisory services also included providing input into operational design aspects for the
resort and development of a business and marketing plan.

Colorado Gaming & Entertainment Company
The Innovation Group's new executive vice president, Stephen J. Szapor, Jr., directed the Chapter 11 reorganization of the Colorado Gaming & Entertainment Company (formerly Hemmeter Enterprises, Inc.), implementing new marketing programs and cost efficiencies, and completing a number of strategic capital expenditure and expansion efforts that led to record revenues and profits.

Desert Inn
Prior to its purchase by Steve Wynn, Starwood Hotels and Resorts retained The Innovation Group to conduct a comprehensive operations review of the Desert Inn, including pit and slot operations, entertainment, marketing and promotions, and hotel operations. These operations and the overall property positioning were evaluated and recommendations made to improve profit margins, including slot and table mix, property positioning and floor manager activity during promotions and entertainment offerings, and level of hotel comping.

Double Eagle Hotel & Casino
For the Double Eagle Hotel & Casino, the largest such facility in Cripple Creek, Colorado, The Innovation Group provided marketing and operations consulting services that contributed to the successful turnaround of its operations, enabling it to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization. New promotional and database marketing programs were developed and implemented, and changes to food and beverage product were initiated, allowing the facility to reach a broader segment of the customer base while enhancing operational efficiencies that more than doubled EBITDA.
